Refund policy

At Trinity Home Medical Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with an item, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, or items related to hygiene or safety, may not be eligible for return. Items that are not eligible for return include the following:
    • Power Wheelchairs and Scooters 
    • Beds, Mattresses and Pillows
    • Lift Chairs / Recliners
    • Manual Wheelchairs
    • Bathroom Safety Equipment
    • Braces and Compression Therapy
    • Custom products
    • Special order items: products not kept in regular stock and purchased specifically at the customer’s request.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Contact us at info@trinitymed.ca or call (289) 835 3228 to initiate a return.
  • Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • We will provide instructions for returning your item, including a return shipping address.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges for the same product are subject to availability.
  • If a replacement product is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately at info@trinitymed.ca or (289) 835 3228.
  • Trinity will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
