Includes:
- Travel to your location within our standard service area
- First 30 minutes of labour
- Equipment inspection and diagnosis
Additional labour is billed after the first 30 minutes.
After-Hours & Weekend Emergency Service
- After-hours service call: $179 + labour
- Statutory holidays: $249 + labour
Labour Rate
$100 per hour
- Billed in 30-minute increments after the first 60 minutes.
- Parts are additional unless covered under a TrinityMed Service Plan or manufacturer's warranty.
Delievery & Pickup
- Delivery & Setup: $100
- Pickup: $75
Delivery includes professional setup and a basic demonstration of equipment operation.
