2. Reporting a Warranty Issue

4. Replacement & Refunds

  • If a defective product cannot be repaired, we will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund, subject to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
  • Shipping costs for warranty claims are typically covered if the defect is confirmed, unless otherwise specified.
