  • No Interest: Customers are never charged interest or hidden fees.

4. Terms & Conditions

  • The payment schedule is clearly communicated before purchase.
  • All payments must be made according to the agreed plan.
  • Ownership of the product is transferred immediately unless otherwise agreed.

5. Application Process

  • Customers complete a simple financing application form.
  • Required documents may include government-issued ID and proof of residency or income.
  • Approval is typically granted promptly.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Make all payments on time according to the schedule.
  • Notify Trinity immediately if there are issues in meeting the payments; alternative arrangements may be considered.

7. Non-Payment Policy

  • Customers are responsible for completing all payments as agreed.
  • Late or Missed Payments: Trinity will contact the customer to discuss the situation and may offer a short grace period or alternative arrangement.
  • Suspension of Financing Privileges: Continued non-payment may result in suspension of existing financing privileges and pause of future product delivery.
  • Collection Measures: If payment is not received after repeated attempts, Trinity may refer the account to a collections agency or take legal action to recover the outstanding balance. Any recovery costs may be added to the owed amount, but no interest will be applied to the original price.
  • Product Ownership (Optional Clause): For certain high-value products, ownership may remain with Trinity until full payment is received.

8. Company Responsibilities

  • Provide clear and transparent payment plans.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all customer information.
  • Support customers throughout their financing period.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • Any issues related to financing will be handled promptly and fairly.
  • Customers are encouraged to contact Trinity customer support first.
